  The owner is surly and rude. He makes his team, who are doing their best, look bad. Not a good fit for a customer service role. Perhaps a role at USPS would be a better fit.

  I was in and out in no time. The staff is very nice and fast. I had no idea that they offered so many services.

  About a year and a half ago I came in to get a dollar bill blown up in black and white for a cover I was working on with my dad. The owner told me it was against the law and ripped up the pages after I been helped making the copies. It's not against the law (I checked before coming in) and when I suggested he call Treasury he told me to leave (he said I had an attitude but from my perspective I just wasted 30 minutes getting something done at his store only to be told at the last minute I couldn't do it) I called a few UPS stores in shock and none of them said they had policies against it. I got it done in a nearby location instead but it was a waste of time and a waste of effort (two things you dont expect to waste when you go to a store to purchase goods or service that you know they have) I could've spent with my dad instead. I didn't think to leave a review at the time but my dad died recently so I've been packing away his stuff and found the pages and remembered how bizarre the whole experience was.
